PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Stage 3 of the Woolooware Bay Town Centre construction includes 229 apartments spread over 3 buildings respectively 8, 14, 7 storeys, and 9 terrace homes over integrated podium incorporating car park for 319 vehicles.

Stage 3 also includes an three x commercial units and one x retail unit, an infinity pool and pool club on Level 13 with sweeping views of the bay and city skyline, as well as a communal workshop.
