PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This Project is part of a huge redevelopment of the Cronulla Sharks Junior Rugby League fields and we are proud to be associated with the project as well as being proud sponsors of the Cronulla Sharks in 2015, 2016, where they were crowned NRL Premiers, and in 2017.

Woolooware Bay Stage 1 Consisted Of:

Construction of three residential buildings respectively 6, 7 and 12 storeys high comprising 220 apartments
Two level podium incorporating carpark for 305 vehicles
Resort style facilities with courtyard, indoor pool, common room, gym and sauna

We have also completed Stage 2 & 3 of this development and NOS Group is currently working on Stage 4.
