PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Panorama is a redevelopment which involved the conversion of existing commercial and hotel buildings into 214 apartments and 140 car spaces. The Panorama boasts 5 separate strata schemes, 1 BMC and a retail stratum component. The construction process included partially demolishing an existing building and adding 10 new storeys above. The building boasts a 17 storey high rise tower, plus two additional mid and low rise towers.
