PROJECT DESCRIPTION

McQuoin Park offers a new integrated development with a state of the art designed residential aged care service, retirement living units, a Health and Wellness Centre, onsite respite and community support services for seniors together with specifically designed dementia areas.

Comprised of 88 ILU’s across 3 building, community facilities including kitchen, dining room, activity space, cinema and pool. The site now has new surrounding on-grade driveways, parking and landscaping. It also borders the heritage-listed Blue Gum High Forest.
