IGLU, Mascot is a $60 million 437 bed, high-quality student accommodation facility which is affordable and close to public transport in Mascot.
The building envelope is a 7-storey building on one side with the volume within the site rising to 12 storeys on the other side.
Located just 200m from Mascot Station in Sydney, it will offer students a perfect blend of location and connection. The building will include studio and share apartment options, plus plenty of cool communal spaces and amenities.
Apartments and rooms at Iglu Mascot are cleverly designed to maximise a shared student living experience.
