PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Aqua Apartments Bondi is a design and construct of a 20 storey residential development comprising of 129 apartments, retail shops at ground level, car parking over 2 basements, ground and level 1. The car park is serviced by 2 car lifts, no ramps. The unique curved design features curved GRC panels, windows and balustrades.

The works included the demolition of the existing building and excavation for the two levels of basement car parking and was completed August 2016.
