Electrical Foreman
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Principal person on-site, direct reporting to Project and General Manager
- Managing crews up to 20 tradesmen
- From temps, right through to energisation of new builds
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Excellent client relationship management
- Previous experience in residential, aged care and school electrical work
- Previous experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role, solid tradesman and leading hand experience
- Strong electrical knowledge across lighting, power, and data in both commercial/ residential environments.
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Sound knowledge of HSEQ requirements
- Ability to work with live software systems (Hammertech, iAuditor, Aconex etc)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full responsibility to manage major company projects at a site level.
- Manage multiple Electricians on-site to ensure a high caliber of work is maintained.
- Organize materials and delegate workload appropriately to ensure deadlines are met.
- Responsible for Toolbox talks and OH&S.
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating works.
- Provide technical assistance as required to carry out the duties of the position.
