PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Stamford Cosmopolitan is an architectural landmark that transformed Double Bay’s cherished heart.

The elegant low-rise building follows the same serpentine curve of Knox Street, it heralded the very anticipated return of couture style to the village at the time. A stunning selection of 28 house sized apartments offers the very essence of luxury living.

This project consisted of demolition of the existing hotel rooms above existing retail and car park. The hotel levels were transformed into high end apartments all automated with C-Bus control for lighting and power requirements. The common area and car parks were also fitted with C-Bus for energy efficiency requirements and maintenance ease.

Sophisticated, timeless and supremely spacious, these opulent residences provide you with a choice of expansive terraces or garden apartments, security parking and the finest bespoke interiors. Most are three bedroom plus study and ideally positioned to catch the northern sun. Each apartment has been uniquely designed with individual floor plans, so no two apartments are the same.
