PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Lane Cove Quartet project comprises 235 apartments across four buildings ranging from 5 to 7 levels and 3 levels of basement car parking. The 10,000sqm site is located in the high-density residential area of Lane Cove, NSW and has an approximate GFA of 18,000sqm.
The concrete framed buildings include a complex podium slab at differing levels incorporating landscaping elements for the resident’s amenity.
